i have been trying for several weeks to get this company to quit sending their product, you can't contact them and the packages just keep coming, if anyone knows how to get this stopped please give advice. this product does not do what they claim and i have contacted my credit card to stop all further deliveries. I have taken enormous amounts of time truing to get this problem fixed. the government wants to regulate all kinds of things wether we want them to or not, they need to investigate companies like this one that rip unsuspecting consumers off and get away with it.

I just got scammed too, ordered the trial and somehow missed the 14 day limit for a refund and now I am paying over $100 for 2 products that were supposed to be just shipping charges.... I just called them and they will not take it back even though I haven't opened the containers yet as I was using another product, same deal. So I am calling my credit card company just to see if I can do something about this since they are unopened still sitting in the box... What a scam this is, hope everyone takes note and doesn't fall for it like I did.... That's It, I am done online ordering any of this ***. Learned my lesson today.... There is no miracle for wrinkles period... Done looking

After a few calls I gave up, I messed up so I'm using the product. It has not done a thing for the wrinkles, that's why I bought it.

NADA, waste of money but please note, shark Tank and Dr. Oz has renamed this product and there is a name change. Don't waste your time or money cause its ineffective....

I am now being extremely careful what I order from these sites, not much I have to say... Only worth it if you cancel it within 4 days so you don't get charged the full price.

I had the same problem with Beauty Now. I was supposed to pay shipping and handling only but got charged $177.76. Wen I called to complain, they told me that was what I agreed to and that was not what I agreed to. I ask for my money back and they said if I returned the merchandise I could get back maybe 50% but would be charged for returning. I told them that this was just a scam to rob people. now I am going to have to ask for a new card and still have to pay for this SCAM. Never again will I order anything on line with just shipping and handling. Tina

Essential Beauty and Health Now - Big Rip Off

On June 19, 2016 I received an ad on my phone about a free sample of facial/skin products. All I had to pay was shipping, so I ordered the samples. I received the samples about a week later. One was called Eye Rewind and the other Skin Revive. Then today, July 20, 2016, I received another set of the same products with no invoice or receipt, just a packing slip. I called the company that shipped the products, Essential Beauty and Health Now, to tell them I had received another sample and ask them if they wanted me to return it. I talked to a Bill at 844-965-**** who advised me this wasn't samples, it was a regular shipment of the product. I advised him I did not set anything up for regular shipments of the product and he said it was part of receiving the free samples. I told Bill that no one had said anything about me receiving regular shipments of the products when I ordered the samples. Bill said that everyone is told that once they receive the samples they have 30 days to call and tell them they do not want to be set up on regular delivery of the product. I told Bill that no one had mentioned anything to me about this and asked him how much had been charged to my account. He told me that each bottle was $92.99. I told Bill, again, that I had not agreed to this and that I was going to return the product and wanted him to credit my account when they received the returned product. Bill told me that was not possible, that once I had received the product I could not return it. He said I should have called and cancelled before the 30 days were up. I again told Bill that no one had mentioned anything about this when I ordered the samples. He said there was nothing he could do about this and then had the guts to try and send me other product samples, I guess so I could end up in the same mess. I told Bill numerous times I did not want anymore of their products and that I only wanted to return what I had just received and get a credit on my account. Again, he said that was not possible. I said thank you and hung up. I then called my credit card company and found out that this "business" has been charging my credit card each week since I ordered the sample. That's over $600.00 of products. I told the credit card company that this is the only shipment I have received other that the sample I ordered originally. She asked me what the product names were and who shipped me the product. I told her and she said this "company" appears to operate under many names; Essential Beauty Now, Essential Beauty and Health Now, and sells various products under different names; Eye Rewind, Skin Revive, IRX Buy Insta-Lyft IX, MOG Pure Skin and numerous other products. She said she would credit my card for the charges, except for the original sample I ordered and place a block on my card in case they attempt to charge anything else to my card under any of their names. What a relief to have an understand credit card company - GO CHASE - and thank you so much for you help with this deceptive and fraudulent company who wants nothing but to scam people.

Same xact thing happened to me. Scam, do not order from this company!

it was supposed to be a free trial and all I had to do was pay for shipping, what I got was 2 full size bottles and charged my account for $92.77 each and sent me another bottle without my permission and charged me another $92.77.

This company is called Essential Beauty & Health Now. do Not Even order Trail bottle, they will keep sending them without your permission and charge your account !!!

I ordered Skinny Garcinia and Skinny Green Coffee as a trial offer for $5.99 and $5.97. Then another two bottles were delivered via mail, not even a month later. Then shocked to see a total of $202.70 for each shipment. Called the company 7 times. First call, not good. Second call, man said I would get a $202.70 refund. Then email sent stating it was only going to be $35.47 & $35.46 refund. Third & fourth call, would not listen, followed by fast talking gibberish. Fifth call, they could not open up my account and was told to call back in 24 hours. Sixth call acted like she couldn't hear me, put on hold and came back with same gibberish. Seventh call, was rude and insisted that I did not read the terms and informed me that I was disconnected from their system. Upon ordering there was not any terms or payment authorizations. They will claim that its there and will offer to walk you through and prove it. I think that they added it after the fact, as many complaints claim that there was not terms or authorizations to agree to.

Absolute rip off. Like everyone else, I fell for free samples, just pay shipping. A couple of weeks later, my debit card was charged $92.97 twice for the 2 samples. Fortunately, I didn't open the products bec I had a feeling this would happen. After my call to cancel, I was informed I would be refunded only 50%. I flew off the roof!!! Calling my bank tomorrow when it opens and I'll stop payment on my debit card purchase, returning unopened products with a return receipt. RIP OFF!!!!

I just had the same problem and they said I can keep getting product for 50% off... They're not returning my money and my bank won't dispute the charge because it said in little tiny letters somewhere that it would charge my account.

the phone number is 1-84*-***-**** and 1-84*-***-****. you have to call both numbers to cancel for Green tea Pills and Garcinia pills.

Call your credit card Co. and let them work it for you.

Did this help? I kept getting packages and just threw them in the closet because I was extremely busy at the time.

I would pay my credit card bill without checking it. I finally looked at it and saw how much I was paying and was furious. I called and they would not let me return it. The bill is from MELKINCOLLC@H NY and yet the packages say they are coming from San Diego, CA.

Any suggestions? My husband is an attorney and I am going to tell him but I am afraid he is going to say there is nothing I can do and not be happy with me.

I saw their ad for a free trial offer, just pay shipping. No where did I see that I would be billed for the full price if I did not cancel in 15 days. I never received an order confirmation nor saw a web site. They also said people who bought the skinny garcinia also bought skinny green tea. Although I didn't order that I was suddenly getting it. We were out of town and I did not open the package until past their due date for cancelling. That was also not stated on the invoice with the package. I argued with them over the phone and said I wanted to cancel and wanted a full refund. They said it was a binding contract and past the date so basically too bad. I called the number on the invoice and cancelled and the next day got billed for one of the products so I called again. They said I only cancelled one of them and didn't specifically cancel the other. After threatening to call my lawyer they said they would refund me 75% of the price. If I returned the stuff when it comes I would have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. They didn't take "no" for an answer.. Stay away from them.

Thank you for your complaint. I do keep receiving these products but never receive a invoice just that it's coming out of my credit card.

I can't find a phone number for this company.

They are a BIG scam operation. Do not take the bait as I did. No ordering just by paying the shipping charges. They will take your credit card #s and continue to abuse them even though you do NOT want their products. Enough is enough! I contacted my banker twice to report the fraud twice.---------------- It was a mistake to order the items under the assumption that it was free, instead, the company stated that it was a trial and NOT free. However, they were clearly told not to sent more products and not to charge the account for this credit card. They did, not once, but twice.

I had the same experience with Essential Health and Beauty NOW. They offered a Trial sample, only pay the shipping. I accepted and found out I was charged $60.44 for a 1 oz container of Skin Revive. I called the company and cancelled any future orders within 14 days. I checked my credit card and found I was charged for the Trial sample and was then informed that there was to be $17.00 charge for Trial samples. I finally got a printed reply to my stopping the orders but not until they had charged my credit card $120.88. I had to put a block on my account and refused to pay the charges. I was scammed too! This is FRAUD!

Never got a confirmation email, I emailed their listed email account and it came back as undeliverable. I called my bank and cancelled my card, now I have no bank card to use this weekend.

They charged my account for the $4.95 shipping before I got a chance to call the bank. Thanks a lot ***.

Totally agree!! Same happened to me.

Finally got my money refunded. The product did nothing but the biggest problem is how they charged my credit card for more than my purchase! They also charged for additional shipments that I never wanted. I read the contract before ordering and saw nothing about additional orders.

They refused to refund me until I got my credit card company involved. BUYER BEWARE!!!
